Spent one night in a small room just off the breakfast area. The location is a short 8-minute walk from Galway's city center, which is a major plus. The breakfast room has a lovely atmosphere, adorned with cheerful decor. Breakfast itself offered decent options, though nothing extraordinary. However, the room size was truly underwhelming—quite cramped and had a faint smell of mold. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust accumulating in corners and mold in the shower door hinge. Parking was a hassle, with only a few spots available, leading to street parking issues. Customer service felt awkward. the reception staff seemed unhelpful when retrieving forgotten items. Overall, while it has a quaint charm, I can’t recommend it without some serious improvements.
